Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking an IT Project Manager to oversee end-to-end project delivery for client engagements, including government initiatives. The role emphasizes rigorous planning, risk control, and quality assurance across all lifecycle stages.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT, 4–5 years of PM experience (2+ in government projects), and PMP/CITPM certification. Experience with OpenText and EMC Documentum ECM tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or equivalent; PMP/CITPM certification is a must.
• At least 4 to 5 years’ working experience (min 2 years in government projects), with min 3 years’ IT Project Management.
• Demonstrated experience with Electronic Content Management (ECM) software, including OpenText and EMC Documentum, is a valuable asset.
• Ability to provide mentorship and leadership to the team.

Responsibilities

• Drive comprehensive project planning and resource scheduling, ensuring alignment with client goals and organizational standards.
• Monitor project tracking, focusing on deliverables, financials, operational efficiency, and adherence to documentation protocols.
• Implement robust risk management strategies and quality assurance measures throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead all phases of project implementation, maintaining rigorous oversight to meet deadlines and budget requirements.
• Collaborate with sales representatives to develop tailored solution proposals for prospective clients, showcasing our capabilities and value proposition.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless delivery of project operations and achieve client objectives.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
• Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders to assess project requirements and develop effective execution strategies.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations that align with their strategic goals.
