Job summary

Temus is seeking an experienced Programme/PMO Manager to oversee IT system implementation projects in a fast-paced environment. You will track progress, manage risks, and provide timely updates to clients and leadership.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to drive improvements across multiple projects. Singapore-based position with involvement in government and private sector initiatives.

Job Scope:

• Track project progress, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate reports on project status, milestones, and outcomes. This helps in evaluating project performance, identifying areas for improvement, and providing timely information to stakeholders.
• Support the risk and issue management processes, ensuring potential risks and issues are identified, assessed, and mitigated throughout the project lifecycle. This includes developing risk management strategies, monitoring risk factors, and implementing contingency plans to minimize project disruptions.
• Establish effective communication channels with project stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and executive leadership. This involves providing regular project updates, facilitating collaboration, and addressing stakeholder concerns to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO and across projects by analyzing project data, identifying process bottlenecks, and implementing enhancements to increase project success rates and efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT system implementation.
• Prior experience in project management office (PMO) or a similar role will be beneficial.
• Demonstrated experience in supporting PMs in managing and delivering systems in complex information exchange environments
• Demonstrated consistent program management skills, including ability to apply analytical and problem-solving skills, to effectively manage project status.
• Good communication, consultation, negotiation and advocacy skills and a proven ability to establish and cultivate relationships with a variety of key stakeholders.
• Proven ability to initiate, manage and report on program activities and identify issues affecting the performance outcomes of the project.
• Ability to think strategically and report effectively.
• Active listening skills with good written and verbal communication skills.
