Job summary

Radiant Digital in Singapore seeks an experienced Project Manager / PMO to lead banking and financial services system implementations. You will oversee governance, UAT, risk and issue management, and coordinate with stakeholders across Japan and Singapore in Japanese and English.

The role requires 10+ years in PMO and proven banking tech project experience, with strong stakeholder management and bilingual communication skills.

This is a 12-month contract position. The selected candidate will be employed on Radiant Digital's payroll for the duration of the contract. Based on performance and project requirements, the contract may be extended for an additional 12 months.

The ideal candidate will lead project governance, UAT activities, stakeholder management, and risk/issue management while coordinating with both Japanese and English-speaking stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support end-to-end banking/financial system implementation projects.
• Lead UAT planning, execution, defect tracking, and stakeholder sign-offs.
• Drive project governance, issue management, risk mitigation, and status reporting.
• Coordinate effectively with business users, technology teams, and senior stakeholders across Japan and Singapore.
• Facilitate meetings, documentation, and communications in both Japanese and English.

Mandatory Requirements

• 10+ years of Project Management / PMO experience.
• Proven experience in banking or financial services technology projects.
• Strong expertise in UAT management, issue management, and risk management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English (Mandatory).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Treasury Front Office projects.
• Hands-on exposure to Capital Markets / Treasury systems such as Murex, Calypso, Bloomberg, Kondor+, or similar platforms.
• Experience working with Japanese financial institutions or global banking environments.
