Radiant Digital in Singapore seeks an experienced Project Manager / PMO to lead banking and financial services system implementations. You will oversee governance, UAT, risk and issue management, and coordinate with stakeholders across Japan and Singapore in Japanese and English.

The role requires 10+ years in PMO and proven banking tech project experience, with strong stakeholder management and bilingual communication skills.

Formación

• 10+ years of Project Management / PMO experience.
• Proven experience in banking or financial services technology projects.
• Strong expertise in UAT management, issue management, and risk management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English (Mandatory).

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end banking/financial system implementation projects.
• Lead UAT planning, execution, defect tracking, and sign-offs.
• Drive governance, issue management, risk mitigation, and status reporting.
• Coordinate with business users, technology teams, and senior stakeholders across Japan and Singapore.
• Facilitate meetings, documentation, and communications in both Japanese and English.
