Job summary

Radiant Digital Solutions Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager / PMO for banking and financial services system implementations in Singapore. The role focuses on governance, UAT, stakeholder management, and risk control, coordinating with Japan and Singapore stakeholders.

The candidate should bring 10+ years in PMO/PM roles, strong UAT and risk management, and business-level Japanese and English skills. This is a 12-month contract with potential extension, based on project needs.

Qualifications

10+ years of Project Management / PMO experience.
Strong expertise in UAT management, issue management, and risk management.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English (Mandatory).

Responsibilities

Manage and support end-to-end banking/financial system implementation projects.
Lead UAT planning, execution, defect tracking, and stakeholder sign-offs.
Drive project governance, issue management, risk mitigation, and status reporting.
Coordinate effectively with business users, technology teams, and senior stakeholders across Japan and Singapore.
Facilitate meetings, documentation, and communications in both Japanese and English.
