Zusammenfassung

Radiant Digital Solutions LLC in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Manager / PMO to lead banking and financial systems implementation initiatives. The role oversees governance, UAT activities, stakeholder engagement, and risk/issue management while coordinating with Japanese and English-speaking stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in PMO, proven banking/financial services project experience, and fluency in Japanese and English.

Qualifikationen

10+ years of Project Management / PMO experience.
Proven experience in banking or financial services technology projects.
Strong expertise in UAT management, issue management, and risk management.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English (Mandatory).

Aufgaben

Manage and support end-to-end banking/financial system implementation projects.
Lead UAT planning, execution, defect tracking, and stakeholder sign-offs.
Drive project governance, issue management, risk mitigation, and status reporting.
Coordinate effectively with business users, technology teams, and senior stakeholders across Japan and Singapore.
Facilitate meetings, documentation, and communications in both Japanese and English.
