Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee technology and operations initiatives.

You will coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders to drive projects, track progress, and ensure governance. This is a contract role with a competitive salary and AWS benefits. Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Project Management, Programme Management, Operations or Process Improvement.
• Experience managing multiple projects or workstreams concurrently.
• Strong experience in designing and implementing processes and workflows.
• Comfortable working with technical or engineering teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and documentation skills.
• Good analytical, planning and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Diploma or Degree in Business, IT, Engineering or related disciplines preferred.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or related certifications will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects and initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Track project progress, milestones, risks, dependencies and deliverables.
• Establish and improve project workflows, processes and operating procedures.
• Coordinate with technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors and other partners.
• Prepare project updates, management reports and governance materials.
• Organise regular planning, project review and progress meetings.
• Track budgets, procurement activities and contract renewal timelines.
• Maintain project documentation, dashboards and performance metrics.
• Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support operational processes such as hiring, onboarding and capability tracking.

• Salary Package: Up to $9000 (basic) + AWS
