Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead large-scale digital transformation and technology initiatives in Singapore.

You will plan, govern, engage stakeholders, manage risks, and ensure successful delivery across multiple projects and workstreams. The role requires at least 8 years in programme or project management, a degree in a related field, and certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in programme management, project management, digital transformation or technology delivery.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.

• Lead end-to-end programme planning and execution across multiple workstreams.
• Manage programme timelines, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, business stakeholders and technology partners.
• Engage senior stakeholders and provide regular programme updates and governance reporting.
• Drive change management and support successful adoption of new solutions and processes.
• Ensure programme objectives, deliverables and outcomes are achieved within agreed timelines.
• Identify and resolve cross-project dependencies and delivery challenges.

We are looking for an experienced Programme Manager to lead and coordinate large-scale digital transformation and technology initiatives. You will be responsible for programme planning, governance, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and ensuring successful delivery across multiple projects and workstreams.

• Working Hours: Mon-Fri
• Working Location: Central
• Job Type: Contract
• Salary Package: Up to $11,000 (basic) + AWS

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end programme planning and execution across multiple workstreams.
• Manage programme timelines, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, business stakeholders and technology partners.
• Engage senior stakeholders and provide regular programme updates and governance reporting.
• Drive change management and support successful adoption of new solutions and processes.
• Ensure programme objectives, deliverables and outcomes are achieved within agreed timelines.
• Identify and resolve cross-project dependencies and delivery challenges.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 8 years of experience in programme management, project management, digital transformation or technology delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
• Experience managing complex, large-scale technology or transformation programmes.
• Able to manage multiple teams, projects and stakeholders concurrently.
• Experience in digital platforms, data, AI, cloud or enterprise systems will be advantageous.
• Experience in public sector or large enterprise environments will be an added advantage.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent certification is preferred.
