GRIFFIN HR CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee construction project progress from planning to completion at our Eunos site. You will manage site teams, coordinate with suppliers, and monitor budgets and timelines to meet requirements.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of project management experience and familiarity with AutoCAD or SketchUp. This role offers a 5-day work week with office hours and local benefits.

Qualifications

• Min 2 years experience in project management.
• Experience with AutoCAD or SketchUp is a plus.
• Construction or site management background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project progress and ensure works are completed according to schedule, budget, and requirements
• Manage site teams, assign tasks, and monitor work performance
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality and safety standards are met
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and relevant parties to resolve project issues
• Maintain project documentation, drawings, and progress reports
