Responsibilities

• Client communication: act as the primary point of contact for clients and designers, providing expertise and supervision to ensure project objectives are met.
• Project planning: take overall charge of assigned projects and collaborate with design, procurement and PM teams to develop detailed plans, schedules and budgets.
• Supplier and contractor coordination: verify quotations and work with procurement to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Change management and crisis mitigation: assist in managing scope changes, identify crises and develop contingency plans to minimize disruptions.
• Compliance and safety: ensure plans are approved by landlords and authorities, understand building codes, and conduct site inspections.
• Site management: foster a collaborative environment, ensure vendor and subcontractor communication, and oversee workmanship quality.
• Documentation: maintain contracts, change orders and meeting minutes, generate status reports and monitor budgets to control costs.
