Job summary

Griffin HR Consultancy PTE. LTD. is seeking an interior design professional to develop concepts, prepare layouts and visualizations, and coordinate with architects and contractors on client projects.

The role requires proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit, with a diploma in interior design. On-site work in Eunos, Singapore, follows a 8:30am–5:30pm schedule. Applicants should be able to source materials, manage budgets, and conduct site visits to ensure design intent is realized.

Qualifications

• Diploma in interior design.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other relevant design software.

Responsibilities

• Understand clients' requirements and project objectives, and develop suitable interior design concepts and proposals.
• Prepare space layouts, mood boards, 3D visualizations and detailed drawings for projects.
• Select and source furniture, materials, lighting and finishes according to project requirements.
• Monitor project progress, budget and deliverables to ensure projects are completed according to requirements.
• Work with architects, engineers, contractors and other relevant parties to coordinate design and project requirements.
• Conduct site visits to check project progress and ensure the design is implemented according to the approved plans
