Job summary

GRIFFIN HR CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee interior design projects in Singapore. The role is based in the Eunos area and focuses on coordinating timelines, budgets, site progress and team leadership.

You will conduct site inspections, ensure drawings are followed, liaise with suppliers and contractors, read construction drawings, and maintain accurate project documentation. Salary offered is up to $4,500 plus AWS, with standard hours Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Min 'O' Level with relevant working experience.
• Experience in Project Management, Project Supervision or a similar role, preferably with an interior design background.
• Able to conduct site measurements and read construction drawings.
• Familiar with AutoCAD, SketchUp or other relevant software.

Responsibilities

• Manage project timeline, budget, site progress and overall project execution.
• Lead the project team, assign tasks and coordinate with suppliers, contractors and other parties.
• Conduct site inspections and measurements, and ensure work follows approved drawings and safety requirements.
• Monitor project issues, provide updates to management, and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
