Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction activities to ensure works follow schedules, drawings and specs.
• Manage site operations including manpower planning, resource allocation and sequencing.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor progress and implement corrective measures for delays and site issues.
• Ensure works meet quality standards and comply with drawings and specs.
• Enforce workplace safety and health requirements across activities.
• Identify and resolve site coordination, technical and operational issues.
• Monitor subcontractors' performance and progress for timely completion.
• Attend site meetings and provide progress updates on milestones.
• Ensure compliance with relevant authorities and construction regulations.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction activities to ensure works are carried out according to project schedules, drawings and specifications.
• Manage site operations, including manpower planning, resource allocation and work sequencing.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor construction progress and implement corrective measures to address delays and site issues.
• Ensure construction works meet the required quality standards and comply with approved drawings and specifications.

• Identify and resolve site coordination, technical and operational issues.
• Monitor subcontractors' performance, workmanship and progress to ensure timely completion of works.

Requirements
