Job summary

A1 main contractor in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a mixed development building project. You will oversee site operations, coordinating engineers, supervisors and subcontractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high safety and quality standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and 8–12 years of experience in commercial building projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in construction with commercial building projects.
• Proven leadership in managing medium to large projects.
• Strong stakeholder liaison with consultants, authorities and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle from planning to handover.
• Oversee site operations ensuring schedule, cost, safety and quality.
• Manage multidisciplinary project team including engineers and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with consultants, authorities and stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Monitor risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage budgets, progress claims and procurement.
• Provide timely reporting on status and milestones.
