Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced ACMV Project Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of complex HVAC systems at Changi Airport. You will coordinate with clients, contractors and authorities to ensure timely completion, quality, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in ACMV with project management and engineering expertise. You will lead teams, manage budgets, and guide safety and documentation from shop drawings through handover.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of ACMV experience, including PM and engineering roles.
• Strong knowledge of ACMV design, installation, testing and commissioning.
• Proven experience in project planning, budgeting, site supervision and subcontractor management.
• Familiarity with Singapore building regulations and site safety requirements.
• Must have relevant working experience in Singapore.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to support 24/7 standby requirements when necessary.

Location: Changi Airport

Basic Salary: Up to S$10,000/month

Allowances: S$80 mobile allowance + S$550 transport allowance

Benefits: Variable Bonus + Annual Bonus + $500 Annual Outpatient Claim

Working Days: 5 days per week, with 24/7 standby availability required

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of ACMV systems for construction projects, ensuring timely completion, cost control and quality standards.

• Develop project schedules, allocate manpower and manage budgets to meet project milestones.

• Supervise site installation works, inspect workmanship and resolve technical issues or delays.

• Coordinate with clients, main contractors, consultants, local authorities and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.

• Review shop drawings, method statements and technical submissions to ensure compliance with project specifications and Singapore regulations.

• Ensure ACMV installations comply with applicable building regulations and workplace safety requirements.

• Oversee system testing, adjusting, balancing and commissioning (T&C).

• Manage project handover, including as-built drawings, Operation and Maintenance (O&M) manuals and other required documentation.

• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and implement corrective measures to minimise delays and cost overruns.

• Lead project teams and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely and according to approved plans.
