Job summary

ALSTERN TECHNOLOGIES SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks a professional to oversee site works, provide leadership to project teams, and drive planning, scheduling and monitoring to meet completion targets.

You will manage MEPL/M&E/ACMV projects in commercial or industrial settings, ensure safety, quality, budget adherence, and coordinate with clients, consultants and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in MEPL / M&E / ACMV for Commercial / Industrial.
• ACMV, and Electrical experience is preferred.
• Independent, diligent, meticulous and highly motivated with excellent team spirit.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site works and activities, and provide overall leadership to the project teams.
• Handle project planning, scheduling, monitoring and updating to meet project completion targets.
• Perform site planning, coordination and inspection relating to the construction project to ensure that project completion timeline, requirements and budget are met
• Ensure the project is carried out on time, within budget and with excellent quality
• Lead, plan and execute MEPL / M&E / ACMV projects in A&A or newly built sector in compliance with safety, quality, and schedule
• Ensure monthly progress report is prepared on timely manner
• Review the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and ensure all works are carried out according to the Project Quality Plan (PQP).
• Ensure site organization, workforce management and arrangement
• Attending all meetings with clients, consultants and subcontractors
• Liaise with internal and external parties for project managementEnsure the site team comply with client & regulatory requirements.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
