REERACOEN SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Manager (M&E) in Singapore to plan, coordinate, and oversee multiple engineering projects from planning to handover, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, safety, and quality standards.

The role requires degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and strong interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of local Electrical/ACMV experience, is able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and can interact effectively

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee multiple engineering projects from planning to handover with focus on timely delivery, cost control, safety and quality.
• Prioritize activities and allocate resources to meet schedules.
• Support tender proposals and ensure policy compliance.
• Review and approve project changes affecting scope, budget, or schedule.
• Lead and monitor complex projects, tracking progress against plans.
• Identify issues and implement corrective actions to minimize delays.
• Mentor and develop team members to meet business objectives while complying with laws and requirements.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and customer quality requirements.
• Manage and optimize allocation of financial, human, and material resources.
• Evaluate and approve project investments and resource needs.

Our client is a high-tech engineering company in the Construction and Telecommunications industry.

We are looking for a Project Engineer (Mechanical) who has relevant experience in the Construction Engineering industry.

【 Responsibilities 】

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee multiple engineering projects from the initial planning stage through to project completion and handover, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, safety, and quality standards.
• Prioritize project activities and allocate manpower and other resources efficiently to meet project schedules and objectives.
• Support the preparation of tender proposals for new projects and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Review and approve project changes that may affect the scope, budget, schedule, or overall project objectives.
• Lead and monitor complex or critical engineering projects, tracking progress and performance against established project plans.
• Identify potential operational issues, implement corrective actions, and minimize project delays.
• Lead, mentor, and develop project team members to achieve business objectives while ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company requirements.
• Ensure adherence to workplace safety regulations, industry standards, and customer-specific quality and safety requirements.
• Manage and optimize the allocation of financial, human, and material resources to maximize productivity and ensure projects remain within budget.
• Evaluate and approve project investments and resource requirements in line with business needs and organizational objectives.

• Possess more than 8 years of relevant experience in the local Electrical / ACMV Engineering industry
• Outgoing with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and target oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to interact effectively with project members and stakeholder at all levels.
