Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned Business Project Manager to lead end-to-end loyalty and rewards initiatives, coordinating across business, technology and external partners.

The role focuses on translating objectives into requirements, driving governance, UAT, and readiness, while shaping program design and customer journeys. Strong stakeholder management and payments domain knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in business project management within cards, loyalty, rewards or financial services.
• Strong experience managing cross-functional projects and multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in credit/debit cards, loyalty programs, rewards or customer engagement is preferred.
• Experience implementing or transforming loyalty, rewards, CRM or customer engagement platforms is an advantage.
• Strong business requirements management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Good commercial acumen and understanding of cards/payments.
• Strong communication, presentation and workshop facilitation skills.
• Hands-on, structured and adaptable to changing priorities.

Responsibilities
