Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) is seeking a Project Manager, Operations to drive end-to-end logistics projects from initiation to completion. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, timelines and budgets while ensuring SLA compliance and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 3-5 years in logistics or supply chain project management, strong communication skills and the ability to deliver data-driven updates to stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience in logistics, warehousing or supply chain.
• Experience with warehouse process optimization, layout changes, WMS or SAP projects.
• Experience in warehouse distribution, design, automation or digitalization projects.
• Strong scoping, scheduling and risk management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and deliver logistics projects from initiation to completion.
• Drive process optimization, new implementations and automation initiatives.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Track project progress, dependencies and ensure timely completion of project objectives.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Warehouse, Transport, IT, Engineering and external stakeholders.

• Identify, track and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Conduct regular project reviews and provide data-driven updates to stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Salary Range: $7,100 - $9,790

Job Description

The Project Manager drives the execution of end-to-end logistics projects in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for managing project delivery, meeting customer requirements, controlling costs and improving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience within logistics, warehousing or supply chain environments, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and deliver successful project outcomes.

• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
