Job summary

DSV - Global Transport and Logistics in Singapore seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead logistics initiatives from concept to delivery, focusing on process optimization, new implementations, and automation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a related technical field.
  • 3–5+ years of project management experience within logistics, warehousing, or supply chain environments.
  • Proven track record of managing warehouse process optimization, layout modifications, and WMS or SAP implementation projects.
  • Experience in modern warehouse distribution and supply chain design, with a preference for innovation initiatives (e.g., automation, robotics, digitalization).
  • Proficiency in project scoping, timeline mapping, risk mitigation, and milestone tracking.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, with strong negotiation skills to manage expectations and resolve conflicts across diverse teams.
  • Self-motivated, proactive problem-solver capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Hands‑on multi-tasker who stays organized and drives execution under time pressure, tight timelines, and changing priorities.
