Job summary

TARKUS INTERIORS PTE LTD is seeking a Project Lead to manage interior fit-out projects in Singapore. You will supervise sites, coordinate subcontractors, monitor progress, and ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery.

You should hold a related qualification in Interior Architecture and Decoration, have at least 3 years of relevant experience, and possess a Safety Supervisor Certificate. Proficiency with MS Office and strong leadership will help you drive project success.

Qualifications

• Related qualification in Interior Architecture and Decoration with at least 3 years of relevant experience in interior design fit-out work.
• Safety Supervisor Certificate or relevant safety certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead conflict resolution and manage project documentation, planning, and coordination with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor project progress and site activities daily to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
• Conduct site inspections to verify materials and workmanship meet project specifications
• Assist the project team in supervising general workers and controlling site operations to maintain productivity and quality
• Report weekly job progress to management to support informed decision-making
• Manage project costs conscientiously to enhance profitability without compromising quality
• Attend and actively contribute to all project meetings and discussions to align stakeholders and resolve issues
• Support the Project Director in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet safety and quality requirements
• Apply knowledge of project management procedures and documentation to maintain organized and accurate records
