Job summary

ARCHITOLOGY INTERIORS (PRIVATE) LIMITED is seeking a proactive Project Site Manager to bridge design and construction for architectural and interior fit-out projects in Singapore. You will coordinate multiple stakeholders, manage on-site activities, and ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and design intent.

The role requires strong knowledge of architectural detailing, shop drawings, and construction methods, with excellent leadership and communication to resolve site issues and deliver

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Building, Construction Management, Interior Design, or a related discipline.
• Site management experience in commercial or residential projects are preferred.
• Experience handling projects from design development through construction and final handover.
• Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, interior fit-out works, and construction methodology.
• Able to read and interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, and construction details.
• Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and authorities.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of AutoCAD and project scheduling software is an advantage.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all on-site construction activities.
• Manage commercial and residential projects to ensure work is completed on time within budget, and according to specifications.
• Coordinate and monitor subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers.
• Review construction drawings and resolve technical issues with consultants and project teams.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular site progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company safety policies.
• Conduct site inspections to maintain quality standards and rectify defects.
• Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, and authorities.
• Manage project schedules, manpower allocation, and material deliveries.
• Identify potential project risks and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure proper documentation, site records, and handover procedures upon project completion.
