Job summary

PERMANENT PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking a hands-on Project Manager (ID) to lead interior fit-out projects in Singapore's Central Region. You will oversee schedules, budgets, and quality, coordinating with designers, contractors, and clients throughout the renovation lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has a diploma in Architecture/Building/Engineering and at least five years' PM experience in interior renovations, with fluency in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Architecture, Building, or Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Minimum five years of project management experience within interior renovation.
• Technical expertise in interior fit-out, carpentry, electrical, mechanical, and wet works.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage detailed project schedules and budgets for all assigned interior renovation tasks.
• Monitor daily site progress to ensure high quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with designers, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve site-related technical issues.
• Perform regular site inspections to prevent delays and manage material supply.
• Communicate clear project updates to clients and stakeholders throughout the renovation lifecycle.
• Process change orders and documentation to ensure variations are approved and tracked.
• Ensure all construction activities follow building codes and project specifications.

Job Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret complex floor plans, technical drawings, and construction documents.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with additional experience in AutoCAD software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
• A valid driving licence and access to own transport for site visits.
