Job summary

CHEE YAM CONTRACTOR PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects from planning through completion.

You will oversee execution, manage stakeholders, and ensure safety and quality standards while delivering on time and within budget. The ideal candidate has a degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, 3–5 years of relevant experience, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, planning, and contract administration.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with local authorities' requirements and construction regulations is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office and project management software.
