Job summary

STAR BUILDING CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. seeks a site/project manager to lead the successful delivery of construction projects in Singapore.

You will manage site operations, control costs, ensure quality and safety compliance, and coordinate with clients and stakeholders to align project objectives. The role requires a Civil Engineering degree or equivalent and at least 3 years of experience on General Building Construction Projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Engineering degree or higher with relevant construction background required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of construction projects to deliver within scheduled cost, time, and quality targets.
• Plan and control daily construction site operations, including cost management and shop drawing submission and approval processes.
• Supervise construction teams to enforce safety standards and regulatory compliance on site.
• Communicate clearly and coordinate with clients, consultants, relevant authorities, and sub-contractors to ensure project alignment and issue resolution.

Education

Bachelor's / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
