Job summary

Huationg Contractor Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee large-scale construction projects in Singapore. You will plan, coordinate, and direct activities across site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure timely completion within budget and to specification.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and a proven track record managing projects from start to finish, with proficiency in MS Office and project management software.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction project management.
• Proven experience managing projects from start to finish, preferably with a main contractor.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to coordinate multiple stakeholders and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for planning, coordination, execution, and completion of construction projects.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, manpower, and overall performance.
• Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Ensure works follow drawings, specifications, contracts, and project requirements.
• Monitor progress to achieve milestones and completion targets.
• Review and coordinate drawings, method statements, submissions, and technical issues.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure their work aligns with the programme.
• Monitor costs, variations, progress claims, and other commercial matters.
• Identify and resolve site issues, risks, and coordination problems promptly.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, and stakeholders on project matters.
• Ensure compliance with WSH, environmental, quality, and statutory requirements.
• Lead project/site meetings and provide regular progress reports to management.
• Maintain project documentation, records, and handover requirements.
• Lead the project team towards successful completion and handover.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements
