Job summary

STAFFKING PTE LTD in Singapore invites applications for an entry-level Project Engineer to support MEP construction projects in Yishun. You will prepare and distribute Minutes of Meeting, maintain action lists, and help track progress through regular updates and reports.

We require a Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, MEP or Building Services Engineering. Relevant experience is preferred but not essential; a strong engineering grounding and interest in ACMV/HVAC and project coordination are

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, MEP, Building Services Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Relevant experience in MEP, construction or engineering projects is preferred.
• Strong engineering fundamentals and an interest in MEP, ACMV/HVAC and project management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute accurate Minutes of Meeting (MOM) for project meetings, documenting key decisions, action items and follow-up matters.
• Maintain and update project action lists, tracking outstanding tasks to ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare, submit and track project-related documentation, drawings and technical submissions.
• Maintain project records and documentation to support project compliance and coordination.
• Assist in tracking site progress through regular updates, progress photographs and weekly/monthly reports.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers and internal project teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Assist in preparing project documentation and materials for project discussions and meetings.
• Support day-to-day project planning, coordination and documentation activities.
• Assist with project planning, coordination and documentation to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Perform other project-related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management.
