Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering with minimum 10 years of relevant experience or Diploma in Electrical Engineering with minimum 15 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in electrical engineering, M&E, construction, infrastructure, industrial, commercial, residential, healthcare, institutional or other built environment projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, building services, project execution, testing and commissioning.
• Understanding of project management, contract administration, risk management, and WSH practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of construction contracts and commercial management.
• PE, PMP, CEng or relevant WSH certifications are an added advantage.
• Experience in data centre or other mission-critical facilities is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of electrical projects within approved scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements.
• Manage and coordinate project teams, consultants, contractors, suppliers, clients, and relevant authorities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee electrical engineering works, including installation, testing, commissioning, and project handover.
• Monitor project progress, risks, resources, costs, and contractual obligations, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, codes, quality standards, and Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements.
• Prepare project reports, forecasts, and documentation for management and client review.
• Foster strong stakeholder relationships and drive continuous improvement in project delivery and operational excellence.
• Uphold the highest standards of ethics and compliance, including anti-corruption, anti-competition, conflict of interest, human rights, fair employment, and responsible business conduct.
