We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Electrical) to lead electrical construction and installation projects from planning through testing, commissioning and final handover.
Lead the full lifecycle of electrical projects, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource coordination and delivery, ensuring milestones and contractual requirements are achieved.
Manage site operations and coordinate contractors, subcontractors, vendors and project teams while monitoring progress, costs, variation orders and potential project risks.
Ensure LV/HV, power distribution, lighting, ELV and related electrical installations comply with applicable statutory requirements, safety standards, technical specifications and quality requirements.
Lead testing, commissioning and project handover activities, including as-built documentation and operation manuals, while serving as a key liaison with clients, consultants, contractors and relevant authorities.
Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
At least 10 years of relevant experience in electrical systems, including project management and/or engineering responsibilities.
Strong technical knowledge of LV/HV systems, power distribution, lighting, ELV and related electrical systems.
Demonstrated experience in electrical system design, installation, testing and commissioning, with a strong understanding of site safety, quality and regulatory requirements.
Strong project management, cost control, planning, coordination and stakeholder-management skills; familiarity with relevant project planning/design software such as Primavera and/or Revit is advantageous.
Required to provide after-hours/on-call support when operationally necessary.
