Job summary

RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our product strategy. You will own multiple product capabilities end-to-end—from understanding user problems to defining outcomes and measuring impact.

This role requires ownership of product decisions in an Agile environment, cross-functional collaboration with Engineering and Design, and a focus on delivering value beyond project management.

Qualifications

Job description

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our product strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product lifecycle management, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver outstanding products that delight our customers.

What You'll Do:

We are looking for an outcome-oriented Product Manager who can own multiple product capabilities and epics end-to-end - from understanding the user/business problem and defining desired outcomes, through discovery and delivery, to measuring impact and continuous improvement.

This is not a Project Manager, Scrum Master or coordination role. While strong delivery discipline is expected - including managing scope, timeline, RAID, dependencies, stakeholders and vendors - the individual must retain ownership of the product decisions, priorities and outcomes.

This is also not a hands-on software development role. Technical fluency is advantageous, but strong product management capability is our primary consideration.

As a guide, we are looking for candidates who demonstrate:

• Relevant qualification and experience - Diploma/Degree in IT or related discipline, with at least 3 years of relevant Product Management or digital product delivery experience.
• End-to-end product ownership - experience owning digital products/capabilities across discovery, prioritisation/backlog, delivery, launch and subsequent iteration.
• Outcome-oriented product practice - ability to frame user/business problems, define desired outcomes and success measures, and use research, data, experimentation or user feedback to inform product decisions.
• Strong product delivery discipline - ability to manage scope, timeline, risks, dependencies and operational readiness while working effectively with Engineering, Design and other functions in an Agile product environment.
• Stakeholder and vendor leadership - ability to align different stakeholders, manage external delivery vendors, navigate trade-offs and challenges, while retaining internal ownership and accountability for product decisions and outcomes.
