Job summary

User Experience Researchers Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced Product Manager to own the backlog and roadmap across major user journeys. You will translate research insights and policy needs into clear requirements and user stories, prioritise features by impact and feasibility, and define success metrics to drive product iteration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management with shipped digital products.
• Strong craft across requirements definition, backlog prioritization, and roadmapping.
• Comfortable working with data to inform decisions and measure outcomes.
• Hands-on discovery and user research experience, including planning, running, and acting on findings.
• Experience delivering workflow- or management-type systems (dashboards, records, scheduling) is an advantage.
• Familiarity with agile delivery and working closely with design and engineering.
• Clear communication of product rationale to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Prior experience in a government or public sector context is an advantage.
