Job summary

ScienTec Consulting is seeking an outcome-oriented Product Manager to own digital product capabilities end-to-end—from identifying user and business problems to defining outcomes, discovery through delivery, launch, measurement, and continuous improvement. Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of relevant Product Management or digital product delivery experience.
  • Demonstrated experience owning digital products or capabilities across discovery, prioritisation, backlog management, delivery, launch, and iteration.
  • Strong understanding of product management principles and Agile product development.
  • Ability to identify user/business problems and translate them into measurable product outcomes.
  • Experience using user research, data, analytics, experimentation, or user feedback to support product decisions.
  • Strong delivery discipline with experience managing scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience working effectively with Engineering, Design, Business, Operations, and external vendors.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and make informed product trade-offs.

Responsibilities

  • Own digital products, capabilities, and product epics throughout the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and planning through delivery, launch, and continuous improvement.
  • Understand user and business problems and translate them into clear product objectives, priorities, and desired outcomes.
  • Define product vision, priorities, roadmaps, success metrics, and acceptance criteria.
  • Manage and prioritise the product backlog based on user needs, business value, technical considerations, and delivery constraints.
  • Conduct or support product discovery through user research, data analysis, experimentation, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Design, Business, Operations, and other teams to deliver high-quality digital products.
  • Manage product delivery, including scope, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, and operational readiness.
  • Make product trade-offs and prioritisation decisions while balancing user needs, business objectives, technical feasibility, and delivery considerations.
  • Engage and align stakeholders on product direction, priorities, decisions, and expected outcomes.
  • Manage external vendors and delivery partners while retaining ownership and accountability for product decisions.
  • Monitor product performance and success metrics after launch and identify opportunities for further enhancement.
  • Ensure products comply with relevant security, privacy, governance, and regulatory requirements.

Job description

We are looking for an outcome-oriented Product Manager to own digital product capabilities end-to-end — from identifying user and business problems, defining desired outcomes, and driving discovery through delivery, launch, measurement, and continuous improvement. This role requires strong product ownership and decision-making capabilities. While you will manage delivery aspects such as scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, stakeholders, and vendors, your primary responsibility is to own product priorities, decisions, and outcomes.

  • Salary Package: Up to $9800 (basic) + AWS
  • Job Type: Contract (renewable)
