Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.

• Monitor project progress and adjust plans and schedules as necessary to meet project goals.
• Manage project budgets and ensure that projects are completed within budget constraints.
• Maintain accurate records of project activities, including labor and material costs.
• Ensure that projects are completed on time and to the required standards.
• Communicate regularly with project teams, contractors, and clients to provide updates on project status and address issues as they arise.
• Ensure that safety procedures and guidelines are followed on construction sites.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in construction techniques and materials.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
