Job summary

HCN Contracts Pte Ltd is seeking a site coordinator/supervisor for landed residential projects in Singapore. The role involves coordinating day-to-day site activities, liaising with sub-contractors, and planning manpower, materials, and equipment scheduling.

You will ensure works align with approved drawings and local codes, while maintaining safety compliance. Strong reading of construction drawings and familiarity with Singapore Building Codes are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be experienced in landed residential construction projects.
• Must be able to read and understand construction drawings.
• Must be familiar with Singapore Building Codes and Practices.
• Must be computer literate; use AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to aid work processes.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day site coordination and planning, liaising with sub-contractors, manpower allocation, and scheduling materials/equipment.
• Ensuring site works are executed per approved drawings, plans, and authorities' requirements.
• Maintaining Workplace Safety and Health compliance with safety personnel.
• Leading construction team to ensure smooth daily execution.
• Performing ad-hoc tasks as required by the company.

Roles & Duties:

• Managing day-to-day site coordination and planning implementation; such as liaising with sub-contractors, planning of manpower allocation, materials or equipment scheduling.

• Ensuring that site works are executed accordingly based on approved detailed drawings, interpreted plans, and requirements of the relevant authorities involved.

• Ensuring Workplace Safety and Health Compliance at all times with safety personnel / team.

• To lead a construction team in ensuring smooth execution of daily.

• To perform other ad-hoc tasking as and when required by the company.

Requirement:

• Must be experienced in Landed Residential Construction Project.

• Must be able to read and understand Construction Drawings.

• Must be familiar with Singapore Building Codes and Practices.

• Must be computer literacy so that software such as AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) which can help in the work processes.
