Job summary

Leap Integrated Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead building and A&A projects from planning to handover. You will drive schedules, manage budgets, allocate resources, and coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project objectives are met.

The role requires a degree or diploma in civil/structural engineering, 5–8 years of relevant experience, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Civil and Structural Engineering from a recognised institution.
• 5–8 years of experience in managing A&A or building construction projects.
• Experience with residential/commercial A&A projects is advantageous.
• Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and contract administration.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full project lifecycle for building and A&A works.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet objectives.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on site.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present progress reports to management and stakeholders.
