• Coordinate internal project team reviews and client approvals of the work schedule.
• Review status reports, modify schedules, and maintain management updates.
• Monitor project progress and prepare safety and commercial status reports.
• Coordinate project schedule, budget, issues, and risks.
• Ensure smooth organization of the project management framework.
• Prepare tendering documents attractively for clients.
