Job summary

Leap Integrated Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead building and A&A projects from planning to handover. The role requires a degree or diploma in civil/structural engineering, 5–8 years of relevant experience, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Civil and Structural Engineering from a recognised institution.
• 5–8 years of experience in managing A&A or building construction projects.
• Experience with residential/commercial A&A projects is advantageous.
• Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and contract administration.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

The Opportunity

We are a well-established construction and engineering firm with a strong track record in building works and large-scale Addition & Alteration (A&A) projects. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team and drive the project to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full project lifecycle – from planning, coordination, and execution through to handover – for building and A&A works.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and progress milestones.
• Liaise and coordinate closely with clients, consultant teams (architects and engineers), subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure all project objectives are met.
• Enforce strict compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards on site.
• Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to management and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Civil and Structural Engineering from a recognised institution.
• 5 to 8 years of relevant working experience, with a proven track record in managing A&A or building construction projects.
• Prior involvement in projects of similar scale and complexity (e.g., residential/commercial A&A) is highly advantageous.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and contract administration.
