Job summary

Oneness Holdings is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction initiatives in Singapore, driving schedules, budgets and quality to ensure timely delivery in line with contract terms.

You will coordinate main contractors, subcontractors, clients and consultants, using Microsoft Project for schedules and AutoCAD for basic drawings, and proactively manage risks and changes.

Qualifications

• Experience working with main contractors in the construction industry.
• 1–3 years of working experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager in Singapore.
• Familiarity coordinating and managing multiple subcontractors, stakeholders, and resources on-site.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project timelines and schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Allocate manpower, materials, and budget efficiently for project execution.
• Serve as the main contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors, facilitating clear communication.
• Identify and address project risks and issues proactively.
• Ensure project compliance with contract terms and relevant regulations.
• Maintain quality control to meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide regular progress updates to management and clients.
• Monitor project expenses and manage the budget to ensure cost control.
• Resolve delays, conflicts, and unforeseen issues through effective problem-solving.
• Oversee project handover, ensuring successful completion and proper documentation.

• $5000-$9000 (commensurate with experience)

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 6:00pm
• Saturday: 8:30am to 12:00pm
