Job summary

Oneness Holdings in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager/Assistant Project Manager with 1-3 years of construction experience to lead project planning and coordination. You will manage timelines, resources, and budgets while coordinating with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills, with on-site coordination and adherence to contract terms and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Experience working with main contractors in the construction industry.
• Familiarity with coordinating and managing multiple subcontractors, stakeholders, and resources on-site.
• 1-3 years of working experience as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager in Singapore.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD software.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project for presenting schedules to clients.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Develop and manage project timelines and schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Resource Management: Allocate manpower, materials, and budget efficiently for successful project execution.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential project risks and implement measures to address and mitigate them.
• Contract & Compliance: Ensure all project activities adhere to contract terms and comply with relevant regulations.
• Quality Control: Oversee project work to ensure it meets quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates and progress reports to management and clients.
• Cost Control: Monitor project expenses and manage the budget to prevent overruns.
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve delays, conflicts, and unforeseen issues that may arise during the project.
• Project Handover: Ensure successful completion of the project and proper documentation for handover.
