Job summary

Our client in the banking industry seeks an experienced Project Manager with strong Corporate Banking domain knowledge to lead technology initiatives across business and technology teams. You will manage end-to-end delivery, define scope and timelines, and coordinate across IT, Risk, Compliance and Operations.

Requirements include a degree in IT/CS/Business and 7+ years of PM or Program Management experience in financial services, with fluency in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Project Management or Program Management.
• Proven track record delivering technology, digital transformation, and corporate banking projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of project governance, budgeting, risk management, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Experience conducting fit-gap assessments against business, regulatory, or compliance requirements.
• Fluent in spoken English and Mandarin.
• Experience in corporate banking or financial services environments.
• Knowledge of Corporate Banking Domains such as CASA, Loans, Treasury, Accounting, Payments, and Regulatory Reporting (MAS, JFSA).
