Job summary

Accountstaff seeks an experienced project lead for MEPL/M&E/ACMV works in Singapore. You will oversee site operations, manage planning and progress, and ensure projects meet timelines and budgets. Lead cross‑functional teams across A&A and new-builds while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will review PQP, coordinate with clients and contractors, and prepare monthly progress reports. Strong teamwork, communication, and independent execution are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of MEPL/M&E/ACMV project experience, preferably in commercial/industrial sectors.
• Diploma or degree in mechanical or electrical engineering required.
• Independent, responsible with strong teamwork and communication.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Oversee site operations and project activities, providing leadership and direction to the project team.
• Manage project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring and updates to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate and inspect site activities to ensure projects meet the required timeline, specifications, quality standards and budget.
• Lead and execute MEPL / M&E / ACMV projects across A&A and new-build projects, ensuring compliance with safety, quality and schedule requirements.
• Monitor project progress and ensure works are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
• Prepare and submit monthly project progress reports in a timely manner.
• Review the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and ensure all site works are carried out in accordance with the approved requirements.
• Manage site organization, manpower planning and workforce deployment.
• Attend and participate in project meetings with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure the site team complies with client requirements, relevant regulations and statutory standards.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in MEPL / M&E / ACMV projects, preferably within theCommercial / Industrial sectors.
• Experience inACMV and Electrical workswill be an advantage.
• Independent, responsible, meticulous and highly motivated, with good teamwork and communication skills.
