Job summary

RSM STONE FOREST ACCOUNTSERVE PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced MEPL/M&E/ACMV project professional to oversee site operations and lead multi-disciplinary teams on commercial and industrial projects in Singapore.

You will manage planning, scheduling, progress updates, and quality control, ensuring on-time delivery within budget. Strong leadership, communication, and coordination with clients and subcontractors are essential.

Qualifications

• Requirements include a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant MEPL/M&E/ACMV project experience.
• Experience in ACMV and Electrical works is advantageous.
• Independent, responsible, meticulous and highly motivated with good teamwork and communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site operations and project activities, providing leadership and direction to the project team.
• Manage project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring and updates to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate and inspect site activities to ensure projects meet timeline, specifications, quality standards and budget.
• Lead and execute MEPL / M&E / ACMV projects across A&A and new-build projects, ensuring compliance with safety, quality and schedule requirements.
• Monitor project progress and ensure works are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
• Prepare and submit monthly project progress reports in a timely manner.
• Review the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and ensure all site works are carried out in accordance with the approved requirements.
• Manage site organization, manpower planning and workforce deployment.
• Attend and participate in project meetings with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure the site team complies with client requirements, relevant regulations and statutory standards.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in MEPL / M&E / ACMV projects, preferably within the Commercial / Industrial sectors.
• Experience in ACMV and Electrical works will be an advantage.
• Independent, responsible, meticulous and highly motivated, with good teamwork and communication skills.
