Job summary

China Construction(South Pacific) Development Company Pte Ltd is seeking a capable engineer to manage ACMV and electrical installations on site in Singapore. You will lead technicians and engineers to ensure on-time project delivery and interpret shop drawings with on-site teams.

Responsibilities include root-cause analysis of faults, coordination with subcontractors and suppliers, and active participation in site meetings. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in M&E Services (ACMV, Electrical, Plumbing/Sanitary, Fire Protection).
• Strong coordination across disciplines.
• Immediate availability preferred.

• Lead a team of technicians, supervisors and engineers for on-site technical matters to ensure on-time delivery.
• Interpret shop drawings, communicate with site personnel and determine root causes of breakdowns.

• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Project Manager.

Job Descriptions:

• Manage and plant for the daily operation of ACMV/electrical installation

• Lead a team of technicians, supervisors and engineers for all on-site technical and engineering matters to ensure on-time project delivery on ACMV projects accordingly to the planned schedule.

• To interpret shop drawings & communicate with all site personnel and Investigate, analyses and determine root cause for breakdowns and faults to resolve of the problem on project site.

• Co-ordinate with all the sub-contractor and suppliers on the entire project Implementation issue and attend site meeting

• Any other ad-hoc duties will be assigned by Project Manager from time to time

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical) or equivalent.

• Min 3 year(s) of working experienced and equipped with knowledge in M&E Services (ACMV, Electrical, Plumbing/Sanitary Services, Fire Protection) in the related field is required for this position.

• Strong on overall coordination and implementation of all disciplines.

• Preference will be given to those who can commence immediately
