Job summary

AUDIMARS BUILDTECH PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Projects/ Site Manager to lead on-site teams across civil and building works.

You will coordinate with consultants, sub-contractors and authorities, manage schedules, cost control, quality, safety and environmental practices, and review progress reports. The role requires strong IT-based project management skills with MS Projects and Excel, and the ability to drive project delivery within time and budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in projects and site management in the local construction industry.
• Shall be able to manage and lead the Projects Department and proven experience in construction project planning especially in architectural coordination and have sound knowledge in construction methods and practices.
• Strong in IT-based project management software such as MS Projects & Excel.
• Prefer with R&R / Town Council project experience
• Only Singaporean and PR. Must possess a relevant degree in Building or Engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Able to coordinate with consultants, sub-contractors, and relevant authorities
• Able to handle all trades of works on-site (ie structural works, architectural works, building works, M&E works, interior fitting-out works)
• Set up and maintain project control system, planning, work schedules and monitoring of project costing, work progress, and coordination with all parties involved to ensure work progress smoothly & completed with target time and budget
• Review and provide project-related correspondence including progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Manage defects' rectification and improvement works of completed projects
• Implement various quality, safety, and environmental management systems
