Job summary

CHINA RAILWAY CONSTRUCTION GROUP CORPORATION LIMITED Singapore Branch is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee full-cycle construction projects from planning to completion. You will manage schedules, budgets, and resources while leading on-site teams to ensure timelines and quality.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction project management, strong planning/contract management knowledge, and excellent leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in construction, especially A&A works and ERSS/piling.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, contract management, and site execution.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle construction projects from planning to completion.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Lead on-site teams and coordinate with stakeholders to meet timelines and quality.
