Job summary

MCG Asia is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of critical technology initiatives across the business in a fast-paced financial services environment.

You will work with technology, business, compliance and external vendors to ensure on-time delivery, defined scope and budgets, and alignment with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 5–10+ years of IT project management experience in financial services (banking, insurance or fintech preferred).
• Experience delivering complex technology projects such as digital transformation, core systems, payments or data platforms.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or hybrid).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects from initiation through implementation and post-go-live support.
• Define project scope, timelines, resources and budgets aligned with business goals.
• Manage stakeholder communication across business units, senior leadership, and external partners.
• Identify risks, issues and dependencies and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance.
• Coordinate with development, infrastructure and vendor teams to drive execution.
• Track and report project progress including KPIs, milestones and financials.
• Support change management and user adoption initiatives.
