Job summary

FUTUREX TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced PMO professional to lead end-to-end delivery of banking projects, aligning with client objectives, timelines, and governance standards.

You will serve as the primary liaison among consulting firm, client stakeholders, and third-party vendors; manage project plans, risks, and resources; mentor teams, and ensure regulatory and documentation compliance throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in a PMO role in banking.
• Proven track record in end-to-end application upgrade projects.
• Experience in managing enterprise software applications, modernization, or cloud/SaaS transformations.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end software lifecycle activities (requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, support).
• Strong understanding of delivery frameworks (Waterfall and Agile).
• Experience overseeing vendors and delivery partners; governance over quality, security, performance, scalability, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee solution design, testing, and deployment phases, ensuring quality and alignment with objectives.
• Support change management and stakeholder communication initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to client methodologies, documentation standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor and guide project team members, including consultants and client staff, to foster collaboration and productivity.

• Experience managing application upgrade,migration, modernization, or cloud/SaaS transformation projects within complexenterprise environments.
• Experience overseeing software vendors,development teams, system integrators, and technical delivery partners.
