Support the planning and execution of commercial relocation and furniture projects.
Develop project schedules, move plans and implementation programmes.
Coordinate manpower, equipment, transport and subcontractors.
Monitor project milestones and identify potential risks or delays.
Maintain project documentation, trackers and status reports.
Act as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned projects.
Attend client meetings, surveys and site inspections.
Coordinate requirements between clients, building management, designers, contractors and internal teams.
Provide regular project updates and ensure client expectations are managed effectively.
Support delivery of furniture supply, installation and reconfiguration projects.
Coordinate inventory, delivery schedules and installation teams.
Assist with site measurements and furniture audits.
Ensure punch list items and client defects are closed out promptly.
Assist in relocation planning, including move sequencing, logistics and occupation planning.
Coordinate packing material distribution, labelling programmes and move communications.
Support weekend, after-hours and phased relocation activities when required.
Monitor on-site activities to ensure safe and efficient execution.
Raise purchase orders and work requests.
Track project costs, supplier invoices and project profitability.
Support project billing and completion documentation.
Maintain accurate project records within company systems.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements and site regulations.
Participate in risk assessments and method statement reviews.
Ensure Crown Workspace quality standards are maintained throughout project delivery.
Support reporting of incidents, corrective actions and lessons learned.
