Job summary

SENG & KENG CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support A&A and general building projects. You will manage documentation, coordinate daily operations, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience and strong communication skills to liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. On-site work and independent task ownership are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architectural Technology, or relevant discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in A&A projects or general building works in Singapore.
• Strong knowledge of project documentation control, site processes, and regulatory submission requirements.
• Independent worker with ownership and ability to manage tasks with minimal supervision.
• Experience preparing technical proposals, tender submissions, and method statements.
• Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities
