Job summary

360 Excellence Search is seeking an experienced events professional to lead live fashion events across the region, ensuring alignment with global standards. You will manage project details from concept through execution, including budgets, KPIs and post-event analysis.

You will build strategic relationships with vendors and clients, work in a fast-paced environment, travel within South East Asia as required, and maintain fluent English communication with internal teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning, managing and executing event-based projects.
• Strong client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Experience in live, fast-paced environments.
• Fluency in verbal and written English.

Job description

• Work on various Fashion programs and live events in the region that are consistent with the organization’s standards globally.
• Manage details of the organization’s projects, including conceptualizing, designing, pre-planning and execution.
• Design, manage and reconcile project budgets with management.
• Establish and monitor main event KPIs with stakeholders involved, and provide analysis with post event reporting.
• Develop and maintain strong strategic relationships with vendors, clients and also internal associates.
• Manage projects to ensure execution of the highest quality.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Experience in all aspects of planning, managing and executing event based projects
• Formal qualifications in project or event management is favourable but not required
• Strong client facing and internal communication skills
• Experience working in a live and fast environment
• Good understanding and love of Fashion
• Ability to support the various functions leading to the execution of live events
• Experience with working and planning live events is a strong plus
• Ability to work autonomously within deadlines.
• Fluency in verbal and written English
• Flexibility to travel in South East Asia when required
